Job summary

Centricity Research is seeking a Clinical Configuration Specialist I to support design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of study-specific CTMS workflows and electronic source documents. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build configurations from start-up through closeout, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You’ll gain experience with CTMS systems (RealTime, CRIO) and contribute to study budgets, visit structures, and billing while supporting frontline CTMS users

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with a CTMS or clinical research systems (e.g., RealTime, CRIO) or eagerness to learn.
• Understanding of clinical trial contracts, budgets, and invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with GCP and clinical trial workflows or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain study-specific electronic source documents.
• Program and update CTMS source forms aligned with study protocols.
• Build CTMS visit templates and financial configurations for accurate billing.
• Review CTAs to determine visit structures and budgets.
• Enter invoiceable CTA items into CTMS for sponsor billing.
• Ensure visit schedules and billing items are correctly configured.
• Maintain knowledge of study protocols and amendments related to CTMS.
• Provide front-line CTMS support via phone, email, or web.
• Stay current on CTMS releases and best practices.
• Collaborate with study teams to gather documentation for builds.
• Assist Clinical Research Financial Analysts as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and departmental initiatives.
