Job summary

Imaging Endpoints, an iCRO leader based in Scottsdale, seeks a CTMS Administrator to configure and manage our clinical trial management system. You will coordinate with the CTMS vendor, implement builds, automate workflows, and support study teams while ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in clinical trials, strong CTMS/EDC experience, and hands-on SQL/Sybase skills. You will mentor junior staff, create training materials, and help shape SOPs and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the clinical trials or Pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of line management experience.
• Knowledge of GCP, QA/Compliance in a clinical trials setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of CTMS tasks and activities.
• Provide line management to CTMS team including prioritization, mentoring and support.
• Assist with configuration of new study builds within CTMS per study requirements.
• Create and deploy automation solutions to improve processes.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs on study builds and upgrades.
• Train internal users on iCTMS and draft SOPs/WIs.
