Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Specialist to enable our clinical research operations by ensuring CTMS systems, study builds, and operational materials are accurate, efficient, and deployment-ready.

You will build and maintain CTMS studies, support sites in CTMS usage, perform QA/UAT, interpret protocols, manage documentation, and partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Finance, and site teams to start-up and execute

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or in a comparable clinical research operations role.
• Experience working with CRIO, RealTime CTMS, or similar clinical research technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and the ability to read and interpret clinical trial protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong quality control and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to work with clinical and operational data in a confidential, accurate, and compliant manner.
• Strong technology aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based applications.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• High degree of professionalism, judgment, integrity, and accountability.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain studies within CTMS platforms, ensuring configurations reflect protocols and sponsor requirements.
• Support clinical research sites in using CTMS platforms and troubleshoot issues for accurate study management.
• Partner with Clinical Research Specialists and sites to support EHR prescreening workflows and Patient Findings Reports.
• Conduct quality control reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT) of study builds prior to launch.
• Read, interpret, and translate study requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and documentation for departmental activities and study deliverables.
• Provide QC support to Budget and Contract teams ensuring information aligns across systems.
• Monitor quality trends and report risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Finance, and site teams for study start-up and execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system utilization as the network scales.
