Comfort Temp Company in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to own commercial HVAC projects from turnover through closeout. You will drive profitability, coordinate with estimators, vendors, and field teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The role requires 10+ years in HVAC/mechanical construction and 3+ years in a leadership role, plus strong knowledge of systems, drawings, and contracts.

Comfort Temp also houses many in-house training opportunities to support our team’s growth in the trade taught by senior staff or certified instructors with plans to launch our own Comfort Academy Training Program by the end of 2024! Our relationships with our wonderful vendors also enable Comfort Temp to house training programs brought in by various vendors to keep our team on the cutting edge of new technology or advancements in systems.
CT Mechanical was instrumental in launching a new Career Technical Education (CTE) Program in HVAC for the Alachua County School Board launching at Santa Fe High School in Alachua August 2024.

We're hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to own commercial mechanical projects from turnover through closeout. You'll be accountable for each job's profitability, schedule, and client relationship, with a target of at least 10% net profit on every project.
You'll work closely with field leadership, estimating, warehouse, finance, and our general contractor, owner, vendor, and subcontractor partners. The right person stays ahead of labor, material, schedule, and risk so problems get solved before they become emergencies.
