Job summary

Comfort Temp Company is hiring a Commercial Service Plumber in Jacksonville, FL. You will run your own commercial service calls in mechanical rooms with boilers and recirc pumps, performing copper work and repairs across commercial buildings.

You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing clear guidance to property managers, and delivering safe, quality plumbing services with a company that prioritizes growth and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial service experience (residential-only experience won't be a fit).
• Hands-on time with flushometers, sensor valves, mixing valves and TMVs.
• Mechanical-room experience with boilers and recirc pumps.
• Copper and Schedule 80 experience.
• Floor, air gap and runoff drain experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work hard safely.
• Pride in clean work, and you treat a customer's building like your own.

Responsibilities

• Run your own commercial service calls, with no one looking over your shoulder.
• Work in mechanical rooms with multiple boilers and recirc pumps.
• Perform copper repairs, tie-ins and replacements on domestic hot and cold water.
• Handle Schedule 80, floor, air gap and runoff drains, addressing root problems, not just clogs.
• Work with flushing equipment and TMVs.
• Guide the property manager through fixes and capture job photos.

Comfort Temp is hiring a Commercial Service Plumber in Jacksonville. That means mechanical rooms, boilers, recirc pumps and commercial buildings that have to stay open, like Publix stores, retail centers and busy facilities all over town.

Your Day Looks Like This

• Running your own commercial service calls, with no one looking over your shoulder
