Comfort Temp Heating and Air
Rooftop units running hot. Belts one season from snapping. A chiller nobody's looked at since it was installed — until it goes down on the hottest day of the year and everybody's calling. You're the reason that call never happens.
Prevention isn't the backup plan. It's the whole game. And if that's the game you play best — not just repair, not just patching things when they finally quit — we want you on our commercial maintenance team.
Comfort Temp Heating and Air has been doing this since 1985. Four decades of trucks on the road, techs earning trust one visit at a time, and a name that means something when it's on the invoice. No shortcuts, no excuses — just reliable work and people who back up their word.
Four rules run this company:
That's not a poster in the breakroom. That's how we run the company, and it's how we expect our people to show up — on the job and off.
You're the reason a building's HVAC system just works, day after day, without anyone upstairs ever thinking about it. Air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers — you roll up, you know exactly what to look for, and you catch the small stuff before it turns into a 2 a.m. emergency call for somebody else. In. Out. On to the next stop. No two properties run the same, and no two visits look the same either — that's what keeps this job sharp instead of stale.
Nice to have: Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
You'd rather stop a breakdown than get called out to fix one. You take pride in a clean coil and a quiet motor. You keep your truck squared away because you respect your own time as much as the customer's. And when you say a system's good to go, it's good to go — no asterisks.
If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
