Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Alaska Teacher Certificate or Type M Certificate required.
• Knowledge & experience with ACE, PBIS, and Restorative Circles preferred.
• Maintain competency in subject matter areas of certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture conducive to student learning.
• Employ appropriate methods of assessment to identify student proficiency levels.
• Strive for harmonious relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Supervise and train instructional paraprofessionals in providing services.
