The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools seek a highly qualified Teacher, CTE HS Health Science, to deliver standards-based instruction in Health Sciences and PLTW Biomedical. This end-of-year position ends June 11, 2027, with duties including planning lessons, supervising students, and using varied teaching methods.

Responsibilities include assessing progress, maintaining records for IEPs/504s, and collaborating with school leaders, counselors, and families to support student achievement.

Formación

• Eligible for NC Teaching certification via approved paths.
• Experience in health science or PLTW Biomedical education is preferred.
• Ability to develop standards-based lesson plans and assessments.

• Plan, supervise, and grade student work and assessments.
