Job summary

Lakes Region Technology Center in New Hampshire seeks a full-time CTE instructor for Construction Trades, covering Residential Electricity, Residential Plumbing, H-VAC, Masonry, safety and general contracting, plus building inspection and site management.

The teacher collaborates with staff and industry partners to ensure students achieve employability skills, develops interactive lessons, oversees lab projects and budgets, and serves as an advisor for SkillsUSA while supporting IRC

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in construction trades and project supervision.
• Must possess or be eligible for CTE certification in Construction Trades.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Construction Trades including Residential Electricity, Plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, safety and general contracting, plus building inspection and site management.
• Develop interactive lessons and manage labs, budget and resources to ensure student success.
• Act as advisor for SkillsUSA and participate in IRC credentialing and WBL activities.
