Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston seeks a CTE Career Readiness Facilitator to plan and deliver workforce readiness and youth development programming in BGCGH locations and partner schools. You will implement curriculum, engage teens, and promote durable skills.

You will build relationships with students, families, staff, and partners, monitor outcomes, and help youth explore post-secondary options, industry certifications, apprenticeships, and military pathways.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Youth Development, Human Services, Workforce Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or youth programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate workforce readiness and youth development programming.
• Deliver curriculum and engage students in career exploration activities.
• Foster relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners.
