Job summary

Ector County Independent School District seeks a Dean of Career & Technical Education Campuses to provide administrative supervision and leadership for CTE programs across the Ag Farm, Frost CTE Center, New Tech Odessa, ATLAS CTE Center and Sewell Auto Tech. The role reports to the Executive Director of College, Career and Military Readiness.

The position requires a Master’s degree, TEA Administrator Certification, and a minimum of five years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• TEA Administrator Certification required.
• 5 years' teaching experience required.
• Experience with Career and Technical Education programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership for CTE programs across multiple campuses.
• Organize and supervise professional development for educational staff.
• Coordinate transportation planning with the Transportation Department.
• Maintain open lines of communication with families, staff, and district leaders.
• Conduct TTESS walk-through observations of CTE staff.
• Ensure alignment with district expectations and policies.
