Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum
• Prepare lessons accommodating different learning styles
• Present subject matter per TEA guidelines and school policies
• Use technology, activities, and materials to support learning
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
• Collaborate with special education teachers to adapt curricula
• Supervise teacher aides and volunteers
• Manage classroom behavior according to Student Code of Conduct
• Engage in staff development and district meetings
• Be available for conferences with parents and district personnel
