Responsabilités

• A. MAJOR FUNCTION: Management of Instructional Time – prepare materials and keep students on task.
• B. MAJOR FUNCTION: Management of Student Behavior – establish rules and monitor behavior.
• C. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Presentation – present clear, fluent instruction with understandable language.
• D. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance – check progress and use assessments.
• E. MAJOR FUNCTION: Instructional Feedback – provide timely feedback and encouragement.
• F. MAJOR FUNCTION: Facilitating Instruction – align objectives, teaching methods and assessments.
• G. MAJOR FUNCTION: Interacting Within the Educational Environment – treat all students fairly and engage with staff and community.
• H. MAJOR FUNCTION: Performing Non-Instructional Duties – fulfill duties and professional development.
• ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS – Performs other related work as required.
• MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE – Degree in education or related area eligible for licensure.
