Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Sr. CTA) to own TMF processes end-to-end and mentor junior CTAs. You’ll collaborate with CROs to resolve issues before they escalate and manage study documents with minimal oversight.

The role emphasizes data integrity, vendor coordination, and quality reviews of TMF, with opportunities to shape training materials and SOPs across the CTA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• 3–5+ years of Clinical Operations or clinical research experience.
• Ownership of a TMF or vendor relationship from start to finish.
• Ability to resolve CRO/vendor issues independently.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the study TMF plan end-to-end: development, tracking, and archiving Essential Documents.
• Lead quality reviews of the TMF and resolve discrepancies with the CRO.
• Draft and finalize study documents — plans, manuals, CRFs, and patient materials.
• Serve as a go-to resource for junior CTAs, mentoring and guidance.
• Independently manage clinical supply and lab sample coordination.
• Own data reconciliation issues across systems, involving Data Management as needed.
• Represent Clinical Operations at team meetings and Investigator Meetings.
• Help shape training materials and SOPs used across the CTA team.
