Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a CT Technologist for a StaffFlex contract in Lake Mary, FL. The role requires dual CT and XR capabilities, CT certification, and BLS.

The position involves 13 weeks with a night shift schedule and no on-call duties, with pay range across the spectrum for imaging roles. Responsibilities include performing exams with proper protocol adherence, patient education, radiation safety, and routine clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• CT/XR dual modality能力 (CT and radiography) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ARRT licenses for Radiography and CT required.
• CT technologist experience preferred but not required for all units.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT exams using established protocols ensuring proper patient identification and education.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately; adapt protocols for patients of all ages.
• Minimize radiation exposure following infection control standards and PPE use.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain radiographic images meeting Radiologist standards.
• Handle clerical tasks: phone calls, patient records, scheduling.

AMA approved school of radiologic technology or JCERT accreditation
