The position runs for 13 weeks with a full-time schedule on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, no on-call required. Requirements include an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology, ARRT RT(R) and RT(CT) certifications, CPR, and the ability to adapt

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology is required.
• Licenses: CPR, RT(R) and RT(CT) required per unit/state.
• Field of study: AMA approved school of radiologic technology or JCERT accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Performs all radiologic exams using established protocols and verifies patient identification and education before the exam.
• Operates imaging equipment safely; adapts protocols for patients of all ages during procedures.
• Screens patients for childbearing potential and minimizes radiation exposure while maintaining infection control standards.
• Positions patients and equipment, selects technical factors, and produces images meeting Radiologist standards.
• Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, completing patient records, filing, and scheduling.
• Maintains a clean, stocked exam room and ensures patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout procedures.
