Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures across locations, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality. You will operate CT scanners and power injectors while maintaining strict adherence to protocols.

The role requires knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, physics, and radiation safety, with the ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program (required).
• Technical expertise in CT scanner operation and familiarity with multiple systems.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, physics, and radiation safety.
• Strong attention to detail, patient care, and protocol adherence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts CT scans, including interventional procedures and CTA imaging, following clinical criteria and protocols.
• Maintains equipment knowledge, ensures protocol compliance, and manages radiation dose data.
• Prepares and positions patients, uses protective shielding, and ensures patient comfort and safety.
• Interprets technical factors to enhance image quality and efficiency.
• Performs advanced imaging studies like TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging as needed.
