Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a radiologic technologist to perform CT procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist, acquiring digital images for diagnosis.

You will operate CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems, ensuring proper patient positioning, safety, and adherence to imaging guidelines.

The role covers CTA imaging, interventional CT procedures, and advanced cardiac imaging, with emphasis on dose management and high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a radiologic technology program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge with CT physics and pharmacology; patient care skills essential.

• Operates CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to capture diagnostic images.
• Maintains proficiency across multiple CT systems and locations.
• Adheres to dose management and safety guidelines such as Image Gently.

• Maintains proficiency across multiple CT systems and locations.
• Adheres to protocols based on guidelines such as Image Gently, ensuring dose management and safety notifications.
• Prepares patients, ensures proper positioning, immobilization, and protective shielding.
• Performs advanced CT procedures, including CTA imaging, interventional procedures, and specialized studies like TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging.
• Maintains knowledge of clinical histories, anatomy, physiology, and physics to optimize scan quality and patient safety.
• Ensures compliance with organization policies and safety standards while delivering high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires graduation from a radiologic technology training program; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Strong technical knowledge, patient care skills, and familiarity with CT physics and pharmacology are essential.
