Qualifications

• Graduate of a specialty training program in radiologic technology (required).
• Knowledge of physics, pharmacology, physiology, and safety standards related to CT imaging.
• Ability to operate various CT systems, perform advanced imaging, and interpret technical factors.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, clinical histories, and protocols across multiple organ systems.
• Excellent patient care, positioning, and protective procedures.
• Team-oriented with commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous learning.

Role Overview:

Performs CT procedures to acquire digital images for diagnostic and treatment purposes under supervision. Operates CT scanners, injectors, and computer systems, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety guidelines. Maintains knowledge of various CT systems and clinical histories to select appropriate protocols for different anatomical regions. Conducts CT imaging, ensuring patient preparation, positioning, immobilization, and protection. Performs advanced imaging procedures such as CTA, interventional procedures, and specialized studies like TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging. Monitors dose data and adjusts techniques to optimize image quality while minimizing patient exposure. Collaborates with radiologists and maintains technical proficiency across multiple locations.
