Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, is seeking a CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a busy hospital setting. You will maintain ARRT competency, operate CT equipment, verify patient identity, and ensure safe, efficient studies.

The role is part of Intermountain Health, with a Weekend Program offering a $5/hour differential for Saturday/Sunday hours. Minimum qualifications include ARRT CT registration and BLS; 3+ years preferred. Schedule is 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration (R) in CT required at hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days, required.
• Licensed to practice in state of Colorado, required at hire.
• 1-2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.
• For Colorado, fluoroscopy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and ensure quality images.
• Ensure patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain radiation safety and safe environment.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with providers.
• Stay updated with CT tech advancements.
