Job summary

Vanderbilt Health CT Scanner position seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of the Director of Medical Imaging Services. Ensure quality patient care and compliance with department standards.

The role requires ARRT licensure, graduation from an approved program, and less than 1 year of experience; shift is Weekday Overnights 8:00PM-6:30AM with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to support other shifts.

Qualifications

• ARRT licensure required to perform diagnostic CT examinations.
• Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT radiographic equipment and perform CT procedures per department standards.
• Review orders, ensure technical accuracy, and communicate results to Radiologists.
• Maintain patient safety and quality control data per policy.
• Participate in on-call requirements and support CT services as needed.
• Ensure accurate data entry in RIS/PACS and adhere to compliance guidelines.
