Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Clarksville is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the direction of the Director of Medical Imaging Services. You will work with Radiologists to ensure quality patient care, document quality control data, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Shifts are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program.
• Licensure by ARRT or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT radiographic equipment and perform radiographic procedures per department standards.
• Participate in On Call requirements and support CT services across shifts.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks in Radiology.
• Identify patients, review orders for accuracy, and record data in RIS/PACS.
• Present completed examinations to Radiologist and communicate results to care teams.
• Prioritize patient care and follow physician orders to ensure quality service across ages.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Compliance/Ethics policies.
