Job summary

Vanderbilt Health Clarksville Hospital is seeking an CT technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the direction of the Medical Imaging leadership. You will ensure quality care and efficient operation of the CT service for patients of all ages.

The role includes contributing to quality control, maintaining RIS/PACS data integrity, and supporting on‑call coverage as needed in the Medical Imaging Department.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure as an radiologic technologist with ARRT.
• Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.
• Experience in CT imaging and patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and perform radiographic procedures per department standards.
• Participate in on‑call requirements to support CT services.
• Manage department workflow to ensure timely completion of exams.
• Identify patients, review orders, and record data in RIS/PACS.
• Review examinations for technical accuracy and communicate results to radiologists.
• Provide patient care with priority to age-appropriate guidelines from infant to geriatric.
• Adhere to safety procedures and the organization’s Compliance and Ethics program.
