Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams for ER, inpatient and outpatient populations, using ionizing radiation with ALARA principles and strong patient safety. You will document patient information, prep IV/oral contrast, QC images, operate RIS/PACS, and collaborate with the team to provide high‑quality care, including on‑call and holiday rotations.

The role requires ARRT registration or registry eligibility, MA licensure, BLS, and CT certification

Qualifications

• Two year AMA-accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible; Licensed by MA Department of Public Health; CT certification within 12 months if CT-trained; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents necessary patient information/history to perform exams.
• Documents information involving IV/oral contrast in medical records and allergy information.
• Performs CT exams with high accuracy and uses RIS/PACS or similar systems.
• Adheres to ALARA principles and department protocols for post-processing.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and collaborates with the team for quality patient care.
