Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as a patient advocate to ensure needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures timely scheduling of both inpatients and outpatients
• Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams.
• Maintains a positive relationship with patients, departments, physicians and associates.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improvements.
• Resolves patient irritants and complaints.
• Ensures on-time completion of own performance pathway.
• Participates in associate satisfaction surveys.
• Suggests ideas to improve customer satisfaction.
