Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist at Advocate Sherman Hospital. The role involves operating state-of-the-art CT equipment, determining techniques and patient positioning to ensure top image quality, and delivering high-quality patient care in a busy radiology department.

Flexible shifts with 3x12 or 4x10 schedules, potential cross-training into CT for qualified radiology techs, and an industry-standard on-site role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure/certifications as required by state and ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Determines appropriate technique and patient position to ensure optimum image quality.
• Operates CT equipment, HIS/RIS and PACS.
• Delivers patient care with a Service First approach and participates in quality improvement.
• Assists CT lead and manager with image quality activities.
