Job summary

• Some scanning experience.
• Able to complete most CT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a patient advocate to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures timely scheduling of both inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams.
• Maintains a positive relationship with patients, departments, physicians and associates.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
• Ensures on-time completion of own performance pathway.
• Participates in associate satisfaction surveys and contributes ideas for improving customer satisfaction.
• Assesses own learning needs and seeks appropriate training and development.
