Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT technologist to perform routine and specialized CT exams, adapting procedures under radiologist direction. Independent judgment is required to obtain diagnostic results while maintaining patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, performing procedures, and documenting data in HIS STAR, with focus on timely report delivery and patient flow management.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification within 1 year.
• ARRT Radiography registration.
• BLS within 30 days.
• Licensure as Radiologic Technologist (IEMA IEMA).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with accuracy for patients of all ages.
• Operate equipment and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Assist radiologist and maintain sterile technique.
• Document pre/post procedure information in HIS STAR.
• Ensure timely turnaround and reporting to physicians.
