Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations, adapting procedures under the direction of a radiologist. You will ensure accurate exams for patients of all ages while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing and filming CT procedures, maintaining workflow, and contributing to quality of care in a busy Medical Imaging department. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Registered in CT within 1 year (ARRT).
• Registered in Radiography (R) (ARRT).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (IEMA) and related education.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with clinical excellence and accuracy.
• Adapt procedures to patient needs under radiologist direction.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and safe operation.
• Ensure patient safety and timely report turnaround in HIS STAR.
• Train technologists and students and promote safe care practices.
