Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized examinations in CT, adapting procedures under radiologist direction. The role requires ARRT CT registration within 1 year, ARRT Radiography (R), and BLS certification. The incumbent will work with a team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient imaging workflows.

The position offers sign-on and relocation bonuses, and supports ongoing professional development within a comprehensive Medical Imaging department.

Qualifications

• ARRT-registered CT within 1 year
• ARRT-registered radiography (R) within 1 year
• BLS certification within 30 days
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (IEMA) in Illinois or as required

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and specialized imaging
• Ensure examinations are accurate and complete per department standards
• Operate CT equipment, radiology workstations and QA processes
• Adapt procedures as needed per patient condition and radiologist direction
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique throughout procedures
• Coordinate patient flow and documentation in HIS STAR Radiology system
