Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations, adapt procedures under radiologist direction, and ensure high-quality imaging for diverse patients. The role emphasizes patient safety, equipment knowledge, and accurate documentation within Medical Imaging.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT CT and Radiography registrations, BLS, and an associate/related degree, with sign-on and relocation bonuses available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Certification in CT (ARRT) within 1 year.
• ARRT registration in Radiography (R).
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with accuracy per Radiology guidelines.
• Operate CT equipment and maintain sterile, safe environment.
• Adapt procedures per radiologist direction and patient condition.
• Document exam data and timing in HIS STAR Radiology system.
• Maintain equipment safety and report issues.
• Assist radiologists with invasive procedures when needed.
