Job summary

The DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, seeks a Radiologic Technologist (CT) to perform diagnostic CT exams under supervision. You will verify patient identity, review medical history, explain procedures, and acquire images per script.

Responsibilities include reviewing images with radiologists, providing post-procedure instructions, and participating in quality-improvement initiatives. Night shift, full-time, on-site, with Tenet Healthcare support.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography or CT preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required by end of orientation.
• 1+ year radiologic technologist experience in Radiology or CT.

Responsibilities

• Interview patient and verify medical history; explain procedure and risks.
• Set up equipment and acquire images per script.
• Review images and communicate data to radiologist.
• Provide imaging post-care instructions to patients.
• Participate in quality and process improvement activities.
• Educate residents and students; take call as required.
• May perform Radiologic Technologist duties as needed.
