Atrium Health Union is seeking a Part-time CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures following departmental protocols. The role requires preparing patients, administering IV contrast, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging results.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, documenting histories, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced CT department. PRN shifts may be required, with variable scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT within one year of hire required. BLS required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.

Responsabilités

• Verify orders with Radiologist and clarify discrepancies.
• Identify patients and prepare them with explanations of procedures.
• Review EMR to obtain clinical history and document on requisitions.
• Administer IV contrast per departmental protocols and record type/amount.
• Operate CT and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
