Job summary

Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to perform advanced CT imaging for adults and children. You’ll prepare patients, operate the Siemens CT system, and execute studies independently including on-call and portable exams as needed.

The role requires an associate degree or higher and ARRT RT(R)/CT certification, with Siemens CT experience preferred. Weekly coverage will vary with shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related field.
• Certification as RT(R) Radiography (R.T.(R)).
• 1 year CT experience preferred; CT tech registered RT(R)(CT)(ARRT).
• Siemens CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in CT on adults and/or paediatric patients.
• Prepares patient and equipment; performs studies independently, on-call and portable exams as required.
• Maintains quality control and safety protocols during imaging procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
