BJC HealthCare's Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to perform Advanced Modality Cat Scan work. The role requires registered CT technologist RT(R)(CT)(ARRT) with Siemens experience, and typically involves weekday and weekend coverage with about two full shifts every six weeks.

• Day PRN Shift: Work as needed - Shift coverage needed on Weekdays & Weekends

Cat Scan at NWHC has state of the art Siemens Somaton Sensation 16 slice scanner. This technology allows for faster scan time & less radiation dose to the patient. CT offers same day service.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.

Responsibilities: Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
