Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO is seeking a PRN CT Technologist for Evening & Night shifts. The role involves CT imaging with opportunities for CT-guided biopsies and advanced imaging procedures. Flexible PRN schedule with a minimum commitment and experience in CT is preferred.

Position supports a Magnet Hospital environment and integrates with a leading radiology team offering advanced modality imaging and a variety of diagnostic services.

Qualifications

• Associate or trade school-equivalent degree.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT certification.
• CT experience of 1 year or more.
• PRN Evening and Night shift coverage with flexible scheduling.
• CT-guided biopsies and procedures rotation available.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams and other sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Role PurposePerforms diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
