Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Erie is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist with CT experience for PRN/Per Diem weekend on-call coverage. The role supports post-ICU care for chronically ill patients and requires active state licensure with ARRT or CMRT certification.

Position involves operating CT scanners, administering contrast, performing QA on equipment, and handling brief clerical duties. On-site role offers $42.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and current state license.
• At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT or CMRT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be current with Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
• Administer contrast media as directed by referring physician.
• Monitor patient for adverse drug events and report accordingly.
• Perform routine quality assurance on equipment and identify basic malfunctions.
• Handle clerical duties such as answering phones as needed.
