Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform imaging procedures and ensure quality patient care in a diagnostic setting.

You will deliver compassionate care, assess age-specific needs, teach patients and families, and uphold patient rights and dignity throughout CT procedures. ARRT CT certification and BLS within 30 days are required or pursued, with 1–3 years CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration, CT certification or acquired within 6 months
• 1-3 years CT experience preferred
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians.
• Deliver quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of life-span development and age-specific needs.
• Provide teaching to patients/families throughout CT procedures.

Job Summary and Qualifications

**The CT Technologistis responsible forperforming a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.CT Technologistare responsible forday-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.**

**What you will do in this role:**

• **You willdemonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provideappropriate carefor patient populations served inthe department.**

• **You willdemonstrateknowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span andpossessthe ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirementsrelativeto his/her age-specific needs.**

• **You will assess patients/familiesability to learn and incorporate teachingthroughout CT procedure.**

• **You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients**

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.

• 1-3 years of CT experience minimum strongly preferred.
