Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY seeks a CT MRI Technologist to perform CT imaging procedures and ensure quality patient care in a diagnostic setting. You will work with physicians to deliver timely imaging services in a high-volume hospital environment.

The role requires ARRT CT registration (or within 6 months), 1–3 years CT experience, and a radiologic technologist background. Vocational training and BLS are expected as part of the qualifications.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration with CT certification (or acquired within 6 months).
• 1–3 years CT experience preferred.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer background required.
• Licensed vocational education in radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Carry out daily CT workflow to maintain quality patient care in diagnostic environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development appropriate to patient age groups.
• Provide compassionate, holistic care while upholding patient rights and dignity.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.CT Technologistare responsible forday-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

• You willdemonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provideappropriate carefor patient populations served inthe department.

• You willdemonstrateknowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span andpossessthe ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirementsrelativeto his/her age-specific needs.

• You will assess patients/familiesability to learn and incorporate teachingthroughout CT procedure.

• You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.

• 1-3 years of CT experience minimum strongly preferred.

• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

• Vocational School Graduate
