HCA Healthcare's TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital seeks a CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures ordered by physicians in a diagnostic environment, ensuring quality patient care. The role emphasizes compassionate, holistic care and adherence to patient rights.

Qualifications include ARRT CT Certification (or acquired within 6 months), BLS within 30 days, and 1-3 years CT experience preferred; RT/Radiologic Technologist credential and vocational school graduate are expected.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of CT experience minimum strongly preferred.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures per physician orders in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide appropriate care for patient populations served.
• Assess life-span growth and development and adapt CT procedures accordingly.
• Incorporate teaching to patients and families throughout CT procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care while upholding patient rights and dignity.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT Technologistis responsible forperforming a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.CT Technologistare responsible forday-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

• You willdemonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provideappropriate carefor patient populations served inthe department.
• You willdemonstrateknowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span andpossessthe ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirementsrelativeto his/her age-specific needs.
• You will assess patients/familiesability to learn and incorporate teachingthroughout CT procedure.
• You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of CT experience minimum strongly preferred.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate
