Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures and support high-quality patient care within a dynamic diagnostic radiology department.

You will be responsible for conducting CT imaging, adhering to safety and quality standards, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered service in a busy hospital setting in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required or within 6 months of employment.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) credentials and vocational training completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks to ensure delivery of quality patient care in radiology.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan for imaging.
• Provide compassionate, holistic care while respecting patient rights and dignity.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Technologistis responsible forperforming a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.CT Technologistare responsible forday-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role

• You willdemonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provideappropriate carefor patient populations served inthe department.
• You willdemonstrateknowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span andpossessthe ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirementsrelativeto his/her age-specific needs.
• You will assess patients/familiesability to learn and incorporate teachingthroughout CT procedure.
• You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

What qualifications you will need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of CT experience minimum strongly preferred.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate
