Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRC approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with ARRT.
• KY Radiation Operators certification.
• BLS certification.
• CT Certification preferred at time of hire but required within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans according to established protocols with high accuracy.
• Assists radiologists with CT examinations and contrast administration.
• Positions patients and verifies identification and orders.
• Educates patients before and after exams as appropriate.
• Trains Radiologic Technology students and supports departmental staff meetings.
