CommonSpirit Health’s Dignity Health – Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is hiring a CT Technologist in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will perform CT scans per protocol, ensure patient safety, and assist radiologists in producing high-quality diagnostic images.

Ideal candidates have ARRT RTR/RTCT credentials, CPR, and CT experience, with a patient-focused approach and commitment to RadNet/PACS documentation.

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technologist Program
• Medical Radiographer: AZ (MRAD:AZ)
• CT Radiology Tech: AZ (CTRAD:AZ)
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR)
• Registered Technologist Computed Tomography (RTCT)
• American Heart Association
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans based on current protocols and radiologist recommendations, including Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, Cardiac and Interventional.
• Uses ALARA radiation safety practices; selects parameters based on patient age and habitus.
• Follows National Patient Safety Goals for two patient identifiers, hand hygiene and universal precautions; ensures correct patient identification in scanner and PACS.
• Performs work-ups such as perfusions & reconstructions on the 3-D workstation.
• Completes hospital/department forms per protocol and records in RadNet.
• Files incident reports and contrast information; uploads documentation to PACS.
