Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and operate CT scanners and related equipment. You will prepare patients, document procedures, and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities include verifying orders with Radiologists, administering IV contrast, evaluating image quality, and maintaining strict radiation safety. The role requires teamwork with Radiology staff and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiology or NMTCB certification required.
• ARRT CT registry required within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient orders with Radiologist and clarify discrepancies.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain two identifiers.
• Prepare patients and document history and relevant data.
• Perform CT scanning and ensure image quality.
• Practice radiation safety and maintain equipment and room.
• Rotate shifts and participate in on-call as needed.
