Job summary

WellStar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT experience to join our imaging team. You will perform exams, position patients, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, maintaining patient safety, and adhering to infection control standards while providing compassionate patient care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required at hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS or BLS-Instructor certification required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies clinician orders and patient identity before procedures.
• Operates CT and radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains infection control and equipment cleanliness.
• Documents preprocedural verification and Time Out as required.
• Restocks supplies and supports department operations.
