Job summary

BayCare Health System in Riverview, FL is seeking a CT Technologist Pool to perform diagnostic CT procedures in an outpatient/hospital setting. The role supports imaging patient care, RIS data management, and related duties.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required for patient care.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification or registration is required.
• Florida radiology licensure is required.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) or an Associate's Degree in Radiology is required.
• 1 year CT Technologist experience or 1 year Radiology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures for outpatients.
• Manage imaging patient care, RIS data, file room and clerical duties.
• Assist physicians and support patient transportation as needed.

CT Technologist Pool Responsibilities:

• The CT Technologist - Outpatient performs diagnostic CT procedures.
• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Relevant Specialty
• Radiology - State of Florida
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree - Radiology
• 1 year CT Technologist; OR 1 year Radiology experience
