Qualifications

• Certification by the ARRT or NMTCB and ARRT-CT is required.
• Graduation from a specialty training program in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history with confidentiality.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and follow ALARA and patient safety standards.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure data storage and transfer; perform post-processing as needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and CT scans.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and align with departmental goals.

• Evaluate image quality, verify data storage and transfer, and perform post-processing when needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and perform prescribed CT scans.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and demonstrate commitment to departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) and ARRT-CT.
