CT Technologist on call, 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday
Performs CT imaging safely and efficiently based on established guidelines and protocols. CT technologists must have sound knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, spine, neuro-vascular, head and neck anatomy, including common diseases and their processes. The technologist will work both independently and collaboratively with Radiologists, the Lead Imaging Specialist, Clinical Manager, and fellow technologists to ensure efficient, effective exams while providing patient comfort and safety to achieve high-quality diagnostic imaging.
CROSS-MODALITY FLEXIBILITY: CT Technologists with experience and training in other modalities such as X-Ray and MRI may be assigned shifts or rotate between modalities to meet departmental needs. When working in other modalities, employees must be competent and adhere to the guidelines for those functions.
CT Technologists must meet license requirements and one of the following educational credentials as set by the department and the American College of Radiology (ACR):
