Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners and deliver high-quality diagnostic images with patient-centered care. You will prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and conduct routine and advanced scans while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, maintaining RIS records, and supporting imaging protocols and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiography.
• ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have sufficient training and experience to competently perform CT procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner(s) to produce diagnostic images with patient-centered care.
• Explain procedures and position patients for accurate imaging.
• Perform routine and advanced CT procedures with minimal supervision.
• Adjust scan parameters and apply dose-reduction techniques.
• Follow physicians' orders, maintain RIS records, and adhere to safety regulations.
• Maintain ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements.
• Keep a clean and safe work area and equipment.
