Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiographic Technology program and current ARRT registration. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiographic Technology.
• Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography, RT(R), without restriction; must be CT registered within one (1) year.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans of all types including head, body, and extremity scans.
• Provide appropriate radiation shielding and collimation.
• Obtain pertinent clinical history that supports the procedure being ordered.
